We hope you will be very happy with your items from us but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in the original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt and we will issue a refund or exchange the item, if preferred.

The following items are exempt from our returns policy, earrings for pierced ears, or sets comprising earrings.

Gift vouchers are also non refundable.

Please note that refunds are made in GBP and if you have paid in another currency the refund will be made by our providers at the current exchange rates.
